Shipping policy
We currently only ship within the UK, however, please stay up to date with our social media channels as we are planning to expand shipping to Europe and International soon. If you have any questions please do get in touch by email at Seasgairscents@outlook.com
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 2 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a short delay, we will always let you know on the website homepage if this is the case, and we will contact customers directly if there is a delay with your order in any unexpected circumstances.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Current prices are displayed below and subject to Royal mail price guides (Last Updated January 2025).

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive an email, please get in touch with us at Seasgairscents@outlook.com.
DISPUTES/UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your parcel is undelivered due to an error by the courier, we always urge you to contact the courier in the first instance. You will need your tracking number to arrange a re-delivery or to arrange pick up. If you have any problems with contacting the courier, please let us know and we are happy to help resolve this.
If a parcel does not arrive or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at Seasgairscents@outlook.com . We always endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for us to investigate with the courier, this process needs to be followed before we can ship another parcel.
