Product Care
Our products are made with love and care, and we want you to get the best from them so here are some tips on taking care of your products:
Candles
-
Let your wax melt all the way across the jar to ensure an even melt pool.
-
Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax, and centered before the wax sets.
-
Trim your wick to 5 mm before each burn to avoid sooting and irregular burning.
-
Do not place candle in a breeze as this could make the candle melt unevenly.
-
Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time as the jar may become too hot and possibly crack.
Wax Melts
-
Pop one or 2 melts into your warmer/burner depending on personal preference.
-
Once fragrance reduces and you wish to change it, let wax cool and harden, pop out of warmer, and dispose of appropriately.
-
If melted wax is too hard to remove, warm lightly and it should pop out easily.
