Our Story
Seasgair [Seas-gah] Scottish Gaelic word meaning: cosy, comfort, snug, sheltered, at ease.
Similar to Danish Hygge, Scottish Seasgair is all about creating warmth, comfort and an increased sense of relaxation and well-being. This is a fairly new concept, but one which we love to do and actively try to bring into our own lives, we hope you enjoy making your own comforting and relaxing space too.
We are a small family run Scottish business, who pride ourselves on making beautiful, hand poured natural wax candles, with love.
Our beautifully scented collection was created so you can coorie doon (meaning snuggle down) and create your own wee Scottish Seasgair.
Inspired by our love of travelling around Scotland’s amazing landscapes and coasts, we wanted to create a signature collection filled with beautiful scents to invoke memories and create our own Seasgair vibes.
